Prestley Heights Manor is a beautiful newly developed community nestled on top of Cubbage Hill with incredible views of the valley. We are located within Collier Township and minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. No matter what your pleasure is, we are an ideal location to the highway, shopping, dinning, entertainment, nature trails and Top Golf.

Community

Unlike any other, our residents is what makes Prestley Heights such an incredible place to live, work and play. It is a place where its not uncommon to see neighbors helping neighbors, kids playing together on the block, neighborhood socials and events, and my personal favorite the occasional block party.

Amenities

As a community we share a common green-space and playground with our neighboring Townhomes. Together we enjoy the annual Easter Egg hunt, Forth of July Celebration, Ghost and Goblins during our festive Holloween and a winter sledding hill.
